The price of the goods does not include VAT - UK Purchasers should wait for an invoice with a 20% VAT rate. SAME DAY / OVERNIGHT: UK and Europe express courier service. Subject to post code and carrier availability. A new, unused and undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). The packaging may be opened for inspection and may have visible signs of long storage.

New, no original packaging, may have storage marks. Mostly surplus to requirement from ended projects or backup to emergency breakdown. An item that was previously used. Item may show cosmetic signs of wear but is fully functional and works as intended.

We aim to respond within 1 hour between 7:00 - 18:00 from Monday-Friday. For this purpose, prior contact or waiting for an invoice is required.

The Purchaser shall bear the cost of returning any goods and shall follow any specific instructions as to the return given by the supplier at any time. The Supplier may at any time assign, transfer, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract. The Customer may not assign, transfer, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Supplier. A person who is not a party to the Contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with it. Except as set out in these Conditions, any variation to the Contract, including the introduction of any additional terms and conditions, shall only be binding when agreed in writing and signed by the Supplier.

The Contract, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law, and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
